Mr. Lothamer is a licensed C.P.A. in the State of Michigan. He holds a Bachelors degree from Olivet College, a Masters in Accounting from Western Michigan University, and a law degree from Cooley Law School. Mr. Lothamer, has been in practice for over 26 years and has helped thousands of people with their tax problems.

He is a member of the Michigan Association of C.P.A.'s.

Senior Case Manager

Wayne is a licensed C.P.A. in the State of Michigan. He holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting from Michigan State University. For over the past 24 years, Mr. Miller has served in various positions in the accounting field gaining experience in accounting systems, auditing, cash management, financial planning, payroll and taxation. Mr. Miller works directly with the IRS and has resolved thousands of taxpayers problems.

Brian R. Lorencen, M.B.A., C.P.A.

Case Manager, Sales Associate

Mr. Lorencen is licensed C.P.A. in the state of Michigan.  Brian is a proud alumni of Michigan State University, where he received both a Bachelors degree in Accounting, and a Masters degree in Professional Accounting and Accounting Information Systems. Mr. Lorencen has worked for nearly 10 years in the professional accounting world. Since joining Lothamer P.C. in 2001, Mr. Lorencen has assisted thousands of taxpayer's resolve their tax problem.

Mr. Ritter is a Licensed C.P.A. in the State of Michigan. He holds a bachelors degree in accounting from Western Michigan University and has worked for over 20 years in the accounting Field. His experiences include working as a member of the Tax Compliance Group for Ernst & Young and working as a Budget Analyst for the County of Sarasota, Florida.

Tax Manager

Rodney is a licensed Enrolled Agent. He holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting from Davenport University and works directly with Mr. Lothamer, Mr. Miller, Mr. Lorencen, and Mr. Ritter to assist clients with their tax resolution.

Amy holds her Bachelor's of Science from Michigan State University. She has worked in sales and marketing for over 10 years. She is responsible for all public relations for Lothamer P.C. Her experience with Paychex has given her great knowledge of accounting and CPA services.
